Battery/scuttle cover.... wheres the best place to get them

Im after the covers that cover the battery area at the top of this picture...where have people got theres from and what do i need.
All i have is the one on the right hand side

My understanding is that these VAG parts aren't recognised on the Audi dealers system....but they are there and are vag parts. The codes on the Audiction posting are correct...cause that's what I used to order mine.

IIRC, the covers I bought were the battery cover and the left-side scuttle cover. You want the right-side cover that goes over the pollen filter, yes? If so, my part numbers won't be any use.

But let me know if you do want them and I'll find them.

Am almost 99.9% that these are the VAG part number....I defo used these when I placed my order.

as you look at that picture at the top, are those the left hand cover(long one) part numbers???

The second part number listed is exactly that. If you click on the Ebay link in post 11, you'll see a picture of the part. The part number corresponds (so you can be pretty sure it's the same part), only it's half the price from an Audi dealer

You lot got me leafing through my log book & receiptstoo: Jaysus, I paid 96 quid including vat last year but that was for the large scuttle plate, battery cover and the separate cover ( kerbside ) that goes over the anti lock brake system stuff ( front to back )!
Partnumbers were: 8E1819447 01C, 8E1819422a 01C and8E0103927F

Think I paid about £70-80 for full plenum cover, battery cover, rs4 washer surround and aircon pipe cover (even though its not fastened down) there's a good thread on here somewhere with all the parts listed and plenty of pics

I know what you mean. They're strangely inconsistent, some parts are absurdly expensively, others surprisingly reasonable.

Right, just picked up and fitted this to my car but as you look at the picture, there is a cover now missing on the left hand side which covers the ECU i think....Does anyone have a part number for this....or know what to ask for???

Hi,
I fancy putting a couple of these additional covers on my 3.0 TDI cab, and as I already have a full plenum chamber and battery cover from the factory I was wondering if anyone knows if the passenger side front cover (by washer bottle lid) fit all engine variants? As the EPC only show it on the V8.
Also does anyone know the pt. no. for the additional cover by the A/C pipes and air filter?

your welcome mate, this is how ours looks now,

i think the part you need is the ecu cover as you thought, although when you remove the cover on mine underneath is the bare ecu and wiring for it. I don't have the smaller black box like you. Anyway I think the part number you need to investigate is 8E2 907 613D and its £19 + vat. I hope this helps, if I can do anything else please let me know.
