spacer advice

i have just put some 19x 8.5 wheels on, there et48 so would like to space them out a bit, whats size spacers could i go for without any rubbing? its lowered 50 front and 40 back ?

tyres are 225,35,19

225 35 19 might but what mm spacers do you want to use on the ET48 rims
