Just looking through my Paperwork for my S3.
Apparantly the Cambelt was due on 01/2013 as it was five years old. The health check for be previous owner stated it was Red warning and not performed.
Audi Serviced the car on 22/01/2013 which in the book is the last service.
I bought the car mid March and was told it was serviced. I presume it was serviced in January above and had a basic oil change. Not tick for belts.
With it being approved used, surely they will have done the Cambelt as it was Approved used?
If its not been done do I have a leg to stand on? They quoted the precious owner £600+ for it to be done!
I have a year warranty if that helps and cars on 33,000 miles.
