Crashy ride and knocking

My s3 has started to be really crashy and rattley on the road and the ride has been really stiff for a while now so I bought some fk highsport coilovers to replace the suspension I have just now I choose these as a friend has them on his s3 and I liked the ride.has anyone got any recommendations on top mounts and bearings and was also wanting to some poly bushing to sharpen the car up so any advice on what to poly bush would be great

sound cheers mate,is a full kit really needed for a road car as I don't intend to be tracking the car

I guess you could buy them singularly then change them as you go along and see if it improves the ride,what springs have you got ?

what bushes would you say is essential to get done to try get it back to factory tightness ?,h&r I'm sure as I have a receipt from Qst for rear h&r springs

could possibly be that that is making rattly noise,I've been wanting a different set up for a while now as the ride does me in its good when hooning about but horrific on a commute to work

I've been advised to stay away from the fk coilovers and go for the ap coilovers anyone using the ap coilovers ?
