Assault and an RS3

Angry little van man. But.....the biker was all over the road earlier in the video like a knob which frustrated the driver, but still, getting out and giving him a smack is a bit much.

Most tenuous link to an RS3 I've ever know lol

Quite nasty that, I'm surprised he was eligible for a caution.

The white van man will do it to the wrong person one day. That is the video I want to see.

A shame the cyclist didn't take full advantage of the fact he was wearing a helmet... just put your head down into his blows and swing a few haymakers of your own! :)

Van man needs a beating, effin muppet.

Nice to see the local fuzz did sweet fa. As usual.

Please, please let someone nail the lil fat mofo. ;-)

there's no way I'd let him walk away from me after attacking before I was even off the bike I'd have chased the ***** and thrown my bike at him

Me too. Angry little man.

He swaggers off like he's got a big pair of cojones - if it was me on the bike he would've had a size 11's right up 'em:arco:

Really doesn't surprise me the Feds did sweet FA.
That's plain assault, shouldn't matter that the fat **** didn't have previous
that only means he's never been caught before, attacking someone who's not defending is a pussy move.
Hopefully he'll have one to many fry ups and get an embolism.
People like that make me sick. :puke2:
He had the sort off face you could punch for weeks.

Some cyclists are a pain with their chipped shoulders and bitter arrogant attitude. Love how they position themselves in such a way you're expected to cross the centre of the road to overtake them. This is the most fun because it makes you wait at their convenience thus giving them a little bit of power. They resentment of other road users is so obvious either because they are tree huggers hoping to save the world by being so smugly 'green' or because they can't afford a decent car and have to rough it. And then there are those who insist on riding side by side taking up the entire half of a carriageway ........that's the most fun of all because attracting angry car and van drivers is assured and much joy can then be had viewing the video evidence.

I looked at that video again and the cyclist has a freaking air horn on his bike,if thats not there to antagonise other road users I would be very surprised.

I'm into bikes and cars. I don't mind waiting and overtaking giving plenty of space. If a cyclist positions themselves (like I do) to force a car to go around me not through me, then it's probably because they don't want to be knocked off. I pay road tax and I ride my bike on the road, and couldn't give a hoot about the environment.

I agree there is a resentment towards cars/vans/lorries but that's mainly because people don't give them an inch and death is pretty imminent on a bike if you have a ***** clip your handlebars. Having chased down a white-haired guy in a Jag last week for a close-call, and opened his door to tell him he was a c***, I think there needs to be a little bit of education (he received his...) in giving cyclists at least 30cm of space. Having lived abroad riding a 125cc bike and in a country where there was zero education or care for anyone's life, I'm utterly disappointed at people that don't give cyclists an inch in the UK. I agree that they have a chip on their shoulder but unlike motorbike riders they can't just power out of dangerous situations.

Why did he toot at the van? Not saying the van driver isn't a grade-A tool and will likely end up getting a bike swung round the side of his head, but the cyclist didn't need to beep just because he overtook.

As a general rule I'm always on the driver's side but this is just a case of both being impatient, and then the van driver also being a fat little mink.
