A3 Bumpers

I know it's been covered before, but I really cannot tell which bumper this is ..I know it's for a 3 door, im just wondering what insert I'd need and roughly how much it would cost? Thanks :thumbsup:

It's an 8P3 rear bumper 2009-. Both the pictured diffusers will fit (Not sure about S3 one's).

Top one is the standard/Sport diffuser that are around £80-£90 brand new IIRC.

Bottom one is the Black Edition diffuser. They're around £200 or so brand new as you have to buy the diffuser it's self and then the honeycomb inserts as well.
