Finally got around to booking the Avant in for getting the windows tinted 20% B pillar back.

The company I'm using also use a product called Covex headlight film, don't know if anyone's heard of it. Covex headlight tint. Complements tinted car windows
Bit like flyeyes's or laminX Fully MOT legal, light output is not going to be diminshed and only costs £30 to be installed, thought it was worth a punt for that amount.
Including the headlights its costing £190 all in which I thought was a good price, managed to knock them down a bit from £230

Looking forward to the results. Will post pics on Thursday when its done.

My Avant is booked in for the 25th. i too have gone for 20%. Went to the company that is doing them yesterday to look at shades, wanted as close to OEM as possible.....15% looked to dark on a silver car IMO.

Tints are done really pleased with them, headlights also covered I know they're not to everyone's taste but I think they look good. Not been out in dark yet to see if light output is affected, but ordered some Phillips vision bulbs to replace Osrams anyway as they were too yello next to Crees.

Pics before and after

Very nice Matey....would love to know how the headlights react with the Laminx on with regards the brightness. Didn't you do the rear lights with Lamin x too?

its not LaminX isn't something called Covex very similar I think but can only be applied by specialists from what i've read. Never applied anything to the back lights, happy with the LED's at the minute :). Will keep you posted on effects with lights on.

How did you plastidipping go? May have noticed I removed mine from the fog surrounds, wasn't holding well at all, and i actually prefer it with now without shows especially with the fogs tinted.

Niiice, used to go there with my old VectraC club (sssh... I've moved up in the world now). Much turn out from the site in previous years? Think I might just come along... Bring the family too :)

Jump into the events section fella, last years AITP is on there, pics show you how supported it was
