next local meet/drive out

Hi people.. right after the last meet we tried to organise turned into nothing lets try and sort one this time..

Im thinking Sunday 5th may? This gives everyone loads of time to prepare for this one.

Okay.. so ive thought of a few places where we can go and i thought id leave it to a vote..

1. drive to whitby calling at aidensfield arms (the main pub in heartbeat ha) for a drink on the way back
2. drive over heartside pass and down into penrith then up to tan hill
3. buttertubs pass (in-between hawes and leyburn)
4. snake pass (in-between Derbyshire and Liverpool)
5. wynrose pass (lake district)

Although I work Sundays I'd meet up at some point in the Whitby area. Goathland is nice plus there are some good Moor roads and we don't know what speed cameras are if your that way inclined.

Hi Paul, I might be able to join the clan for a part meet in Whitby if indeed foreign business travel doesn't impact on the bank holiday weekend :icon_thumright:. I shall let you know sooner to the proposed date.
