Group of us also meet up for AITP to camp or hotel.

£10 for a gazebo and then another £10 each for a ceg is about £180 at current numbers.
Covers the eBay linked gazebo and ceg.....ish.

im happy with that. That's the shelter sorted out for inters and AITP and the drink for inters.

there is also that German & vag show this year as an idea.

There's nothing worse then warm lager! Let's just sort our own booze as some people might not wan to drink as much as others. Stacey could probably do that whole keg by himself lol.

Let's worry about a half decent cool box over a mini bar. That coffin sized cool box the COV boys had was quality.

And a gazebo.

I'll be bringing my 72 litre unit.
Not sure what I'll have in it though.
 
A cooler with ice in or ice packs. a gazebo and beer! :beerchug:
I will be doing a small beer run to costco maybe save a few bob in there :thumbsup:
 
Just get a generator and some tall fridges. MK4 Supra Owners club did that a few years ago at JAE. Huuuge marquee tent built by a company and they had 3 7ft tall fridges running full of food and beer.

Sod it lets just bring some bricks and build a building, get gas and water plumbed in. How many room do we need? :)

i will be bringing my own bumper lager supply anyway, but i can always drink more! :beerchug:
plus a comfy fishing chair and burgers and shizzle and a little dual fuel stove and frying pan.........and my dog
 
does look like a bigger camping group this yr! all we need now is an epic BBQ !
 
Was last week lol. People saying there was too much meat going around last year so salad is a must.

Think we decided just to get a gazebo and sort ourselves out with the drinks.
 
This place ever done any clothing or something like that? Like hoodies or tshirts? My mate owns a tshirt/hoodie printing business that could do something. Obviously need permission from the powers that be to use the logo.

I think there was talk but with the way the stickers and lanyards are going, I'm not sure it would be a good idea.

Oh and yeah i can get the gazebo and bring it/store it. Just need the monies from people lol.
 
Well depends on the numbers. If its 75quid for that decent one it`ll be even less if enough people are willing to chip in.
 
haha all this talk about gaybo's and knob cheese is awesome,
