Yeah its a kak epic volvo let me tell you! Never seen a car that low and drive on SA roads!

My mate DEX one of the UNITRONIC boys has a shop down the road so he opened up shop and helped quick with tools and jack. Replaced all the bolts last night on both cvs


Na dude the new ST's are jack, had a doos flick lights at me on the highway so moved over and let him come past then I pushed him till 200k's then overtook him and still put hazards lol

Hahaha nice slap in the face there! Yeah because last night I ran into two guys, one with a g5 gti and and a new St and the were playing with each other so I decided to join! They lined up next to each other and launched. I launched behind them about 2 cars back. I was gaining on them both to an extent I had to tap off! Went up to about 180 km/h so I was quite impressed with my car! Really thought they would be faster...

today is modding day and new software file day whoo hoo!!!!!!!!!!!

1st up is to replace MAF housing with TT/S3 housing,
here you can see the size



i needed a 76mm reducer so it would fit onto the TIP


clamped and alu adapter fitted



new housing and hose fitted to tip and induction



next up is to fit the TT/S3 injectors

all nice and lubed up already



done and fitted with back to the 3bar FPR



old inj and fpr



and everything back together





next up we doing some flashing and playing

ok so finished up a little late last night, new stage 2+ file that UNITRONIC HQ made for me. Iv only done a 100kms now so the car is still adapting but already its feeling very strong, put your foot down (DRY CONDITIONS) and it just starts to snake fighting for grip!

next week tuesday its going back to yosh for some custom tuning and timing playing to get it up to 250whp safely


and yesterday got given these for FREEEEEEE



now i have

2 x 5mm
4 x 10mm
2 x 20mm

hub centric spacers

so tonight Miggz and I went out for a drive in his car, after the new goodies and stage 2+ file have been loaded. i was driving and could feel an immense difference immediately, although i can can feel that it still needs to adapt properly. I know Miggz's car like its my own as ive pretty helped him build it as much he has helped me build my Polo GTI 1.8T.....

So we driving along merrily, im testing the throttle response and all that, when i see a bmw behind us. So i put my foot down and i see the bloke is staying with us. he eventually pulls out of our slipstream and slowly starts creeping passed us. we see that bmw is an fact a brand new M135i hatch!!!!!! He couldnt leave use what so ever!!!!!! so we get to the next intersection, im in 2nd, and the light goes green, so we have a rolling start on our hands. We stayed neck and neck through til 4th. he could go nowhere!! Traffic stopped us from carrying on any further. Miggz and i were quite excited with all of this happening. To be able to take on a car that has so much more power.....

all i can say is well done to my mate with his Audi!! with only a base map, un-tuned, un-adapted car, i managed to stay with that bmw, and im not even the regular driver!!!

i cant wait until Yosh has worked his magic in fine tuning this car!!! its going to be epic!!!!!!!! 250whp here we come....

However, I wouldn't get too hung up on numbers, as 250whp is never going to happen in a million years!

Lol thanks nick, maybe 250whp is a little OTT but getting to or close to 240whp sounds like it can be done, if I can get 220whp with stage 2 and most of the other guys are just touching the 200whp mark, my car is built so right, just with stage 1 I managed to get 189whp where most of the stage 2 guys were getting that! Then I did cooler and stage 2 and got it to 201.9whp then added meth and got it to 213whp, all I did on this build was cam and porting and it bumped it up to 220whp. With bigger inj, maf, S2000 filter, stage 2+ file and lots of playing with the map I don't think 240whp is really impossible.... I am by far the strongest A3 in SA with K03...
