Need a few replacement parts, advice would be appreciated

Hi guys,

Car: Audi S3 2007

So im on the lookout for a few parts:

1. Driver side new side window (autoglass want £168.30)
2. The grommet which is located inbetween the door, which covers up the speaker cables. (cant find anywhere)
3. new s3 gear knob

Anyone know where to find these and for roughly how much should i pay?
Any information will be great

I've actually just ordered the grommet and gear knob from Audi =]
just need a new window now which I will post in the wanted section.
