Audi A4 GPRS module?

Apparently “The Audi A4 can be specified with a GPRS module to allow data transfer, allowing current news topics and weather reports to be downloaded to the car, even when you’re on the move”

Online Services < Audio & communication < A4 Saloon < A4 < Models < Audi UK

Does anyone know how to find out if this option is installed or how much the module costs? I can’t find anything via Google other than what is stated on the Audi website.

I would have thought this was the online services package with MMI high and phone prep high, to be used with a data SIM or compatible mobile phone.

You can check if you have phone prep high, look between the SD card slots and there should be a SIM slot. If not then you have standard phone prep.

I have these services in my A7.

Thanks, I just need to find out if the car I'm buying has the phone prep high as I know it has the MMI high.
