Looking good !

Got mine on the week before the new 13 plates came out.... Not that i'm a snob that wants every one to see my new car or anything :ninja:

Cant beat matching plates !! We have three the same and its caused confusion to many people.... So much so ive had to stand and argue that i havent got a new car its just another simular plate !

Yeah it makes both of them none dating and they're consecutive numbers. Best thing is all in with changes, new plates etc i did it all for under £300 :beerchug:

I noticed that these are Northern Ireland plates. Without asking you what you paid for the actuals numbers themselves, how much did it cost in transfer fees each? Reason I'm asking is that living in Northern Ireland, we for some obscure reason have to pay a double fee to transfer a GB number to NI.

We also like the standard plate for the stealth element. My Mrs has hd the 'same' car for 5 years now, except the reality is she liked the first one so much she bought another in exactly the same colour, no plate change so no one knows. Only the real car spotters notice the subtly different spec. It's a fun way to enjoy cars.

No worries Steamship, the plates themselves cost £49 each and then the transfer fee was £80 each. So £129 each all in.

Can you post me the link to where you bought them from?

Cheers. Unfortunately the plates I would like are GB plates costing £490. To get them on a NI registered car, I have to pay a double transfer rate of £160, and then have VAT on top. So, all in, I'm looking at £780, half the cost of my car, and then another £30 for a decent set of pressed plates.
