RNS-E wanted or after market. need help!!!

Hello I'm new to all this, only had my A3 for couple weeks and missing not having a navigation system.
I've got a 12 plate a3 s-line black edition with Bose and a auxiliary in port. I've read there's a lot of adaptor wires to install an alpine nav system so thought about keeping car looking standard with an rns-e. I currently have the concert head unit. Could anyone help with a part number I would need and also help with an iPod interface. The more I try researching into this its just confusing me!! Any help would be great many thanks
