it was quite long to fit tbh however i did it with a mate both took our time to make sure it was tight and no gaps where left between the splitter and bumper

So it has been a while...
Lambos are of the car till shows start up again
Car had been mapped on standard turbo which started to give way as the bearings became loose... but luckly enough time to get a rolling road in...
this should have been about the 180bhp mark but as the turbo was F'd it only got this...
That was november time towards the end of the month i got hold of a ths decat pipe transformed the car completely in terms of noise from what i could notice.
Not long after (couple of days) the turbo blew
Spoke to Tom at Turbo Dynamics and he supplied me with a Stage 2 Hydrid
Stage 2 Hybrid Turbo comprises:
Hi flow GT20 compressor wheel
Re-profiled compressor housing to suit
360 degree thrust bearing
Modified turbine wheel blades to reduce backpressure
Blueprinting of turbo to motorsport standards
Estimated Power Output: Approx 240-260 BHP
i also had it upgraded to billet internals.
car ran alot smoother without any further mapping once it had ran in the oil change done car went for mapping again after alot of adjustment from my mate car is amazing preformance and timing absolute perfect
rolling road happening again this saturday at Surrey Rolling Road.
My mate that does the mapping his name is bobby
this was is project couple of years ago

Had some yellow laminx put on the fogs
Love them with the mtec golden style bulbs from HID Direct...
over 200bhp and 50mpg can't go wrong :lol:
sorted some sounds out...
had my mate made me a box
i got some suede to wrap the box

made sure the boot stayed nice and tidy and big thanks to the guys at car audio security sorting out the amp.
also had JL Audio door components 6.5 C3's fitted along with a JL amp e250

The audi from what i thought was running amazing however past month or so lots of white smoke on cold start up.
the car went to rolling road and got 193bhp with a stage 2 hybrid so there is a problem just trying to get it sorted as we have estimated it at 220bhp-ish

nope not at all this sub is amazing and clean bass and i don't notice any rattle what so ever

well i have had a few common engine problems as i have been reading and my head had 3 cracks
got a new head and new cams and the car is like brand new i tell you...
car is running alot smoother more power...
i will have a proper right up for you all shortly...

Well the smoking issue is now sorted. Turned out that a3 have head problems! Great way to find out!

Got to work on it straight away

Everything Put Back Together
While the car was also there one thing was missing which was bugging me as it was making the car uneven.
Picked The Car Gave It A Quick Wash And Polish
This is what stopped the car from bugging me.

Car looks awesome buddy, If I didn't already have an A3 I would definitely buy this one, very well looked after!
Just wondered about the head being cracked and what type of smoking issue you had? Get a bit of smoke on my 170 if I start it up then leave it sitting ticking over, smoke appears to be blue-ish. Doesn't really smoke much when driving unless it's being pushed hard.

Not as of yet mate, would like it to sell as is!
reason being that some people just say they are interested just to have go in it, and if something was to happen then what?
no i have not buddy, i was told standard intercooler is more then sufficient for the current set up, hope this helps!
i had a big cloud of smoke on start up! even when driving slowly! once engine reached temperature it calmed down a "tad"! run some tests to be sure! coolant test is a good place to start!
