Short/ Quick Shifter

Hi guys
After some spirited driving over the last few days and probably more to come in the summer, im interested in a short shifter.
Spotted one on eBay and wondering what you think?

Also how easy/hard is it to install if already done.

these are also supposed to be good but a lot of people normally go down the route of one or the other

I bought the one in the first link, great addition and easy to adjust.

Took me around 45 mins to fit with a socket set and a few screw drivers.
Could probably fit one in 20 mins now as i was really careful the first time

Thanks just what I wanted to hear. I saw another at £60 but couldn't tell any difference.
should be good when it's fitted.
