Are these E-rated and OEM quality?
Ive enquired about a hid kit from car mod-shop and here is the link H11 XENON HID CONVERSION KIT - CANBUS PRO Buy Online
i then had a follow up question about once this kit is fitted you loose the high beam ( please correct me if I'm wrong) or would a 55w
HID kit supply enough light for country unlit roads or is there a dual beam kit ?
anyway i fitted my led rear lights today and there looking good View attachment 12121
but if you look at the link description it says low beam only i think what you describe is oem HID not aftermarket i could be wrong
will wait for a reply from car mod-shop and post here but meanwhile H11 night breakers + work very well in the DRL's

Yes that's correct the lights technically always stay in low beam when you flick the main beam on instead of lighting up a separate bulb it just powers the flap that moves diverting the light. I maybe wrong also but I thinks that's what I've read.
you are correct there is only one bulb in these the high beam circuit powers a solenoid which lifts a flap and lets the light shine higher mine were h9 fitment though not h11 ?
Here's the link mate Xenon HID SLIM BALLAST 55W Conversion Kit! H1 H3 H4-2 H7 H9 4300K 6000K 8000K | eBay Davs sent it to me previously
Are these with the LED indicators? If so I got the exact same rear lights just 2 weeks ago. Where did you purchase yours from? Mine were from FK.
The only issue I am experiencing with them is they don't like to be turned on at the same time as the ignition (I have auto lights feature) and also if you turn them on without the engine running the inner clusters turn off. Two minors as far as I am concerned, as I just turn my switch to auto after the car is started and will only use them with the engine running. Although I do have the walk home lights feature which does turn the inner clusters off a few seconds after locking and unlocking the car. But not fussed about that as they do look great!
For the fronts I am going to opt for the DRL devils as I'll be able to get them at a good price using points on my cc.
Gutted so you got to send them back mate, is that pic with LED's on or not?
looking good fella i'm waiting on a new n/s boot lid led light cluster coming as it was playing up but overall very pleased with my front DRL's and rear led lights
Assuming the general consensus of these headlights is a positive one I would be up for the group buy!
My replacement set arrived today , going to fit HIDs at the same time. I'll let you know how I get on with this set. Fingers crossed.
any update on fitting your Hid's ? can you post the link for the ones you went for please, been looking myself but there are so many options and what lumme did you go for i want to try and match the drl's and fogs
Real shame to hear that, i was going to PM today to see how you were getting on with them........turns out not so good! Did James give any reasoning behind them not working. Makes me even more wary of spending £300 on a set now!!
Cheers for the update though, appreciated
