PHEEWW Crisis over new lights fitted.....

After making a massive c*%k up when trying to fix my condensation problem in my rear lights and melting them Saturday night I this morning received my new OEM lights so set at them to get them tinted and fitted:

In the booth being painted in my lunch break one coat:

Three coats:

SHINY:

All done.... I can sit back and relax again now the crisis is over

Look nice pal but have you thought about trying to give thrm a slight tint with the same colour paint as the body so they blend in?

I did and I very nearly did it today if it wasn't for the fact I had left my can of dolphin grey pant at home in the shed that and the fact I didn't want to mess up a the new set of lights.

I might see if we have any scrap cars at work and give it a try as i can take my new lights back to standard easily with a bit a wet n dry sanding so i could do them again if I find it works well.

They might be better left in black as they match my theme of black and grey but I'll give it a go and see and decide after the window tints are done.

Once the windows are done I think it will tie everything in together that and I'm of the opinion the stock red lenses would stand out like a sore thumb on a predominantly black and grey motor obviously that's only my opinion and everyone see thing differently which I total understand.
