haha yeah its shocking up here in the north east for money.

all the other jobs out there are for 15k and i get 16k already so i don't want to be loosing money to go to a better job lol but this one is working for Reynold and reynold on a conoco phillips site.

Evening all.

Coatsey its all about 1st impression, i lead alot of interviews and i always judge people straight off the cuff and i know my old manager was the same.

Or re train in a diffrent trade, i found that the trade i was in had and still has taken a beating from the economy, so i went into health and social care, still plenty of people that need looking after and the basic pay is about £7 an hour. I took a pay cut when i 1st decided what i was doing but now iv got more qualificatins and on a fair bit more money.

I suppose I.T are suffering because everyone goes into that these days.

In other news, my crappy all singing all dancing tv wall mount decided to go on strike today, pics to follow :grrr:

Without looking at that ill just agree, if its a job where taking a constant stream of men going through you on a 8 hour shift im sure youl get the job.
