hi guys I have purchased an aftermarket rear parking sensor kit and need some advice about the wiring. There is a red (power) and black (earth) wire with the kit. Which colour lead on the rear light box powers the reverse lights and earth.
Also how can i route the wires from behind the bumpers to the boot

cheers

Earth just needs to be earthed to the chassie doesnt need to come back to light loom, as for the reverse light power i'd sugest getting yourself a multimeter or trace the circuit on the light cluster back to the loom plug and identify the corrisponding pin, the same method can be used to identify the earth/negative cable on the loom. Unsure of routing of cables but im sure with the bumper off, the boot carpet out and the car jacked up you'll find an existing hole or gromet to feed the cabling through.
