Hi All,

I am about to buy my A4 from Jemca Toyota and they are offering me to get my car protected inside and out with Supgard at a cost of 300 which i think is sooooo much.

The only thing that interested me was the interior protection, and i was wondering if there were any products out there that can be bought that protects the interior from spilages kids drinks etc so it doesnt soak up in the seats leaving them nasty stains.

Ive tried googling it but nothing really comes up.

Pls advise

Thanks

I buy the Autoglym life shine used packs from my local vw dealer, that are meant to be given to customers but never are, most of the time hardly any of the bottles have been opened and they only charge 5 for them.
The interior protector is very good ,mud hoovers straight off.

Supaguard is a waste of money.

Its not that it doesnt work, but very few dealers ever apply it properly. It should take hours to treat a car, but the valaters slap it on in 20 mins mostly.

You can get lots of carpet protectors. Scotchguard, also ive used (not on carpet but may be possible) 303 Aerospace protectant (think thats the name)

The 303 aerospace protectant is for black plastics ect for outside of the car mainly, 303 fabric/vinyl cleaner is good (what i use) but as its name, just a cleaner. but works a treat!

also Valet pro talos protectant and Valet pro argus leather + vinyl cream and good products.

The only thing that puts me off is that its highly flammable, and if i spray it on all the interior it could be very dangerous one was to light a fag...

Its only flammable when you are spraying it, once its cured its fine.
