ebay vcds leads great!

hi guys just thought i'd post my thoughts and review on this cheap vcds copy lead i got from ebay for £45 and i have to say its the best £45 i spent!
ive read my ecu and been adjusting a few things up,yesterday my sister had a windscreen fitted and after he'd gone she phoned me to ask if i could look at the car as it wouldnt start, its a mk4 golf anyway i looked at it nothing he'd messed with so i did a full scan and it came up with loads of faults in the engine ecu?
i cleared the fault codes and the car started perfectly and not had any faults since strangely?
also ive used the obd bit to read my stepdads bmw e46 ecu and diagnose a oxy sensor,it even lets you see live data on the obd section as well as the main vag bit too!
im well impressed with it for a copy lead and its a full version!

hi pal,it comes with a cd just like the copy galletto mpps leads etc, set it up and install drivers and away you go.
i know people have theyre views on copy leads etc but for me and the amount of use i'll get out of it, it makes sense to use a copy lead just like remapping my audi, i only need to read and write it once i'll probably never use it again unless i remap anouther car!

I just been looking on eBay at the guy I bought it off and looks like he's not selling any at the mo but he does come up with a few every once in a while and sells them all quick!
his user name Is bobrobi75 maybe you could pm him?
ive had it a month now and it's def full version, I was very worried spending £50 on this lead when I ordered it as you can get a copy lead and lite version for free but this really is decent!
obviously I can't update the software but it will do what I want it to do now!

trust me if you experianced a genuine lead features and software you would disagree you only get what you pay for

Hi mate, what features do you have that I don't?
this lead I got is supposedly a full version, it reads, clears configures and also has helpfull info that tells you what readings should be, I used to work at vw for a short while and it does everything that the diagnostic laptops did there?
what am I missing then???

I got mine from a local tuning diagnostics place about i paid £30 and it does everything on all vag group cars up untill late 2012, best money ive spent so far,

i got one from a different seller same mate full vcds version 11.11 and other older versions and cable £65 you cannot update tho thats all but it covers all cars and everything else upto 2013 so im happy with it

Hi pal I got v11.13 if I remember right?
yes the guy told me not to try updating it as its a copy, I really like the pop up bubbles that help you out telling you what settings should be etc!

Oops didn't know we wasn't allowed to speak about copied Vcds, I've just seen so many people slate these copy vcds and a lot of its not true, yes there is crap but I thought I'd post my oppinion on my copy lead that works a treat, even coded the remote key fob yesterday as I couldn't do it manually and I've adjusted the door locking too, seems to do everything I need!
i won't post any more links up though If its not allowed, sorry to the mods and please delete my link if its not suitable!
