The 6 Nations starts this weekend!!

Sat 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] Fab 13:30 .............Wales V Ireland
Sat 2[SUP]nd[/SUP] Fab 16:00 .........England V Scotland
Sun 3[SUP]rd[/SUP] Fab 15:00 ..............Italy V France

Will any of you be watching?

You’d think France will beat Italy but they getting better every year.
Id love to see Scotland beat England, if only to see Sandra’s post after lol
Wales V Ireland..well I hope the winner from this game goes on to win this year.

The chances of wales winning are so small. I think Scotland may just win this year. Time will tell. :) x

I am with Sandra on that one it would be good for Scotland to prove themselves.
On another note these T shirts were banned in Aberdeen some years back when it had these letters on them ABE

Will be watching tomorrow once im finished playing myself.
Few beers in the Clubhouse recovering while getting to preach to a TV on how you could do a btter job then the 18st 6ft4 monster that just dropped the ball.

Must admit i think Scotlands chances are slim but it will depend what side turns up. we scared South Africa in the Summer before becoming brain dead in the Tonga game. Scotland the smallest nation on Earth who think we should be near the top at every sport.
 
Yup, I'll be watching, but will have to miss the first game unfortunately.

My Dad's very excited about the rugby - but mostly because he gets to use his new pint glass tomorrow for the first time. Little things, eh? :happy:

im so glad Ireland won! I want them to go all the way!! Glad to see and English side that work well together!
 
Wales was so flat the first half, i didn't even shout at the TV!!
Was good to see Wales did turn up for the second half, but to late with Ireland killing the ball.

The Grand Slam has gone, but we can still win on points!! ;)

Next weekend should certainly be interesting, im not going to predict the results, i finally found something i not good at. Lmao. :) x
 
Some interesting games next week that will probably decide the outcome of the tournament...

Scotland v Italy - Both teams are playing really well, hope the Scots come through. If this had been the first weekend of the competition, I would've said it would be the decider for the wooden spoon, but after last weeks performances, who knows what will happen!?

Ireland v England - The winner of this will be the winner of the 6 nations this year in my opinion

France v Wales - Both really need the win, so likely to be a really hard fought battle. Should make for good viewing!
 
Scotland have to win for a change, yes they are a good team, but its like they get to a certain point in the game and just give up. I sure hope we dont get the wooden spoon this year. :) x
 
Come on Scotland! Hopefully the Italians performance last weekend was a one off :cool:

Yay, Scotland! An emphatic win! Next up, Wales v France. The Welsh need a good win too, I'd say.

The Ireland v England match should be a cracker. On Monday, I'll be meeting a colleague from Dublin for dinner and we both know only one of us will be celebrating :) Lucky ****** has tickets, so he'll be watching from the stands too.
 
Well done Scotland, now lets see if Wales can put their recent bad play behind them.

Well Scotland are sure on form, i think we could just take the title this year. I will watch the England v Ireland game this afternoon, think it will be a close match. Im not predicting the scores this week as i failed last week, lol. Hope everyone watching enjoys the game. :) x

Gutted for Ireland today (obviously!) but the better team won.
England look good - defence is superb!

Ok folks, Wales v Italy today kicks off at 2.30. My prediction is that Wales are going to slaughter the Italians. Watch out Jeff, i may get this right for a change, lol. Enjoy.

Bit of a scrappy first half, hopefully we will see more rugby in the second half instead of kicking the ball from one end of the field to the other. :) x
 
Good second half to the game. Nice win for Wales. Next up, England/France, my prediction or this is a win for France:) x
