Off to pick up my S3

Hi all, on my way to pick up my S3! So excited, nearly bought an r32 mk5 last month, an although they sound better, think I've got the right car for me as I've had two r32's and bar a milltek there i not a lot you can do unless spending a fortune! Black, Bose, BT, sunroof-yay! Hopefully they have sorted out the little niggles I had!! Will post a picture or 50 later! :0)

Isnt there quite a big difference in price too? Most expensive MK5 R32 on autotrader last week was 14K, youd struggle to get a good S3 for that?

Will be selling some mini gear soon to fund a non res milltek, and let the modding commence!

Yes 07, was a liitle scruffy when I first viewed it but had them machine polish it and had them respray the bonnet, bit of wheel refurb and its almost immaculate, only 40k on the clock and a decent spec!! Got me a bargain, they even did a cam belt service

How much did you pay out of interest? You did well to get them to do all that!

14k :0) They were going to take some off but I wanted all the work done so paid full asking but had it as I wanted! Saw a 07 a while back for 16 and not as nice spec so think I did really well

Yeah think I got a real bargain as looked at a blue 07 in bristol a couple of month back for 16k with less spec. Mine also have the flat bottomed multi-function and the red centre section leather which I wouldn't have ordered from new but looks smart!! Just need a Millie on the back
