Where can I find these DRL's? (not bulbs)

Hi all,
Anyone here knows where can I find these?
Audi A3 LED lights - YouTube

im talking about the DRL's next to the fog lights, on the bumper, NOT the DRL's in the headlights.

How can i tell the length of this stuff? and if it will fit my 8P?
found these on eBay:

but not sure about them.

I want them to the color on my aftermarket headlights so i need them to be white.
anyone here had an experience with these or installed them on his own?

Are these similar? There are a few different styles so you would need to choose the correct version but it gives you an idea?

It is the same but you need only the LED lights and the wires.
You can attach the lights to your bumper on your own.
I'm positive someone here did it already.
I just want to be sure before i buy and install them.
