S3 v R32

It is crazy innit?! But thats what nice low mileage examples are going for atm :crying:
7k 6k 3k go buy a car and when any parts go wrong pay prices for a new part,if you want cheap buy a ford

Expensive pick, you must be a seller :) Ive seen a 2001 for sub 3k about 6 months ago, FSH, 83k and more FLs around the 3k level.. They are not worth these prices quoted in your link.

Ha ha no not a seller!! We gonna keep looking. He wants like i said...... 1/2 owners less than 70k and just a honest clean standard example (not Black) ful history etc (he's anal as they come) . Gotta be one somewhere

Furthermore, i picked up my 2002 S8 final edition for next to nothing and thats a lot of car and far less than any of these s3s go for - quite ironic when you think of it in terms of grunt and metal / bang for buck etc but i guess the insurance will cripal most boy racers who own s3s and the demand aint there for v8s for obvious reasons but i get 21mpg which cant be far less than a tuned s3 ?

Not being funny but he has an S3 why would he need to do his homework and find one. I agree with Jase there are not many S3s around with low mileage with 1 to 2 owners, a very rare find that would reflect in the price being extortionate and not what a 10y + car would be worth. You will find those dealerships will have the cars for ages at those prices and eventually have to drop them to recoup the money back. Must say though there nice examples, especially the Goodwood Green one very nice that.
