Not a fan of 2 wheels myself but very nice.

each to there own mate you have to respect the power a bit more on two wheels tho the r1 has every extra and has power comander and custom map and 176 bhp at the back wheel

i dont use it that much mate but if i got rid the first sunny sunday i would be missing it so just kept it

I know what you mean, I was so tempted to keep mine. I use to love going out on the bike but I aquired 11points somehow lol so it was most probably the most sensible option to get rid

Very nice! Got my S3, just a few more things to get for it, then saving for a bigger bike. Kind of got used to my Suzuki SV650. Although it does make me giggle to this day, especially after not being on it all winter!

Had a couple of near misses on my HRC Fireblade ( with the usual P/Commander and Akrapovic ) when I was out with she-who-must-be-obeyed on her CBR600RR......Red Deer are pretty ****** frightening when they jump out in front of you while you're pressing on, and it happened twice !! We then saw a rider had hit one in the area and died, so we decided to sell the bikes and get the TTS Roadster instead.

Not the same as riding the bikes, and we both miss it every time we see bikes around, but the nearest we can get while minimising the risk.

I have to say too, the amount of cars on the road seems so much more now. I'm only 28 and been riding since I was 16 and I can see a massive difference. One reason why I'm not in a rush to get another even though i do miss riding so much

they are a nice machine mate my brother has the new big bang crossplane crank they sound fekin brilliant but as for looks i think i prefer the 04 to 06 model i had an 02 bfore this one and a gsxr srad 600 before that

I love the R1. Can't wait to take mine out, first track day on the 23rd :superman:

Not upset or problem mate - just think it would be better in another section considering the interest and bike involvement.

Ok guys, you can continue with your bike discussions, im just going to move your thread to general automotive. :) x
