Your not wrong there.

my trouble is I'm only 22 and I can't get sensible insurance on anything that I would want to replace the a3 with. Ill try make it last until I'm 25 or win the lottery and buy everything.

But I am craving a mk2 golf I'm currently saving for one. You never know the engine out of my a3 might accidentally fall out and some how magical land in the mk2. :D
 
Alex, if you don't mind a 5dr, there's suppose to be a K reg(which is rare in itself) white Mk2(160k apparently?) in Leeds going for 5-600, or it's going to the scrapyard heaven.

Its just not the same lol three door is the sexy one, plus I have a girlfriend so more doors more hore's doesn't work haha

that's a good idea.

even if i got one with a blown engine i could rebuild it and have both lol.

ideally i want one with a solid shell and no rust or had any welding done.
 
Scroatsey iv just asked a guy if his mk2 20vT conversion is still up forsale, not sure how much he wants for it as the guy recons it needs recovering due to a split pipe. He may px, you never know.

Ha yeh shes in baby mode, thought it may come up in your news feed, i always seem to see everyones crap.

And as much as id love the lcr it does boil down to cost at the moment, we pay about £120 a month on insurance for the tt and i hardly use the thing. And the mrs only goes to work and back.

Sh!t day then as my rabbit died at the vets today so i had to go home and bury her in the garden...
 
I hate it when pets die.
When my two dogs are gone I don't think I'm going to get any more.
Not for a while at least.


Had a dream last night where I was living in a really nice Victorian house with my family (Me, Sarah and 4 kids.).
For some reason there was this white Tiger that was roaming around but just after the tiger turned up a scantily clad women called Chloe turned up, her job was to capture the tiger until transport turned up but for some reason the tiger kept getting away from her and chasing after me, never did any thing to any one else just chased after. Chloe was dubbed the Crazy Cat Lady and I woke up.

O well.

Off to strip my RNS-D down.

i know what you mean scoty, it could do with being dropped a few mills or more but this its a family car not a sports car and with the way the sat nav took me down a bridle path today i am glad of the extra clearance trust me!
it was knarly i tell thee!
it was good seeing dave again and i swear that man is too generous!
you know what i mean dave! :rock:
a nice camera you got there fella! that will keep you out of trouble for a bit!

could slap on some standard sport suspension. drop it a couple of MM but keep the family wagon ride you like. :)

it has got standard s line sports suspension scott!
would have to be b5 spring perches and/or lowering springs or coilies!
i will just leave it be i think!
it is stiff enough as it is
