Wheel Colour Change

lads, this winter i didnt run winter wheels because i didnt have any.

basically snow ect salt, has raped them, they were powder coated then re painted, so im having them blasted, so there fresh and gunna have new paint at ma mates unit, so im thinking maybe a colour change, open to ideas nowt thats gunna look **** tho

this is my car and wheels for ones that dont know

How about having the main centre part the same colour they are now and the rest of the wheel in the colour of the bodywork of your car? Not quite sure how this would look,but someone on the forum might have a go at some sort of photo editing to show you how it looks..

I'd say just darken them a couple of shades, not too dark though.

And defo not body coloured.

Danny, how about Anthracite/light gunmetal, would go well I reckon, maybe a similiar colour to my rotors fella

You need to spend a few hours on photoshop Danny...

Don't paint them black. Personally I like the silver they are now, is it possible to go lighter? If you're going to save them for summer wheels you could have them polished, about £1000 a set from what I recall, would look the dogs dandies though!

How would a dull gold look? If you know what I mean

yeah am gunna be photoshopin at weekend have a look, but looking at it in the car park at work just makes me love the current wheel colour.

will have a play around and make ma mind up.

If I had £££ to throw around I think it'd be an interesting project. DTM with a roll cage and all other associated rally paraphernalia... would definitely turn some heads!

Wouldn't pass many shell garages though lol I recon an anthracite - but it might clash with your body work hmmm toughy!
