Black S3 8L '02 From SA

Looks great matey!! I knew them rims would look nice on the car!! I parked next to an a4 with them on and imagined them looking sexy (which they do!) I never knew ferodo did them discs! Would be nice on my brembo set up!

Thanks alot Gops! I would love to find a set of Brembo's here in SA :detective2:

Getting my parts from a friend tomorrow, he helped me out with my DP flange, oil return and EGT Bung! Awesome work as always and Excellent service!

We did some planning on the flange and decided to go with the stock layout with a bit more meat to weld on, 76mm will be oval on exit.

Tomorrow I can finish my oil return and then double check everything before she gets towed for downpipe! Happy days :yahoo:

The drawing he did for the parts to be cut.

And some playtime on the lathe resulted in my EGT bung, Ill use a m12x1.25 Tap after welding it on.

Collected my car from branchworx yesterday, and Im really happy with what I found when I lifted my bonnet...
As per my request they fabricated my downpipe in 76mm, no stories, no excuses, and it looks pretty amazing!
Just snapped a few pics this morning quick, so close to finishing the car now

Im looking for a brembo setup next year perhaps.

So my wideband lambda probe as failed so not driving or mapping currently. Have wrapped my downpipe and screamer pipe, just awaiting a Turbo blanket then she can be used daily again!

Also sold of the Rotor Reps and tonight I will be collecting my 18x9J Turbines, which will be bolted onto a 30mm & 25mm adapters next week hopefully :eyebrows:, should give me a offset of ET27 at the rear and ET22 up front.

Will post picture of them tonight !

Alright, got my wheels back from the painters... Might not be everyone's cup of tea but I love the outcome.

Need to get some rubber on them and then fit.

My adapters are complete.

I dig the colour, its fresh and gona turn a lot of heads, a lot of people are gona say other wise, for me lime green would have been boss!!!!! My track wheels will go green

does it spool better now?

Nope, the car is not driving currently until I replace the widebnad lambda probe, AFR is going sto 13-14 under boost, and Still get the b1 s1 malfunction in circuit. Probe will be replaced next month and then Ill get back to it. Did however have a leaking wastegate, not sure if I stated that in a recent update.

Thread update.

Well over my holiday period I got some more work done on the car...

I have fitted a Bosch inline 190LP/H inline fuel pump which got my AFR back inline, also gives me sometime to save for a new intank replacement pump :D! Got my NLS and LC working on my current file which just increased my exhaust leak as well :lmfao:, got some rubber around my wheels and fitted with adapters. Also got a powerflex bushkit from Sidey for my dogbone mount which We installed after tapping some fresh thread in the gearbox :banghead:

This morning I need to remove turbo and insert a new gasket, and also take the car tomorrow to have a support bracket / brace welded on my downpipe to bolt onto the block.

Some pics of the above mentioned!
