After messing about with my coil packs yesterday...

I was wondering... do i need the bracket that covers the last two packs?
I know it suports the engine cover and holds the N274? valve... Is there a way i can still fit the engive cover but do away with this and relocate the N... valve?
Just to make it easier and less cluttered.

Dude... where you been!!... LOL... I have been running like this for years ;P

Relocate the N249 by extending the wiring... last one I did I fixed it to a bracket under the inlet manifold... mine is living in the little black box on the bulkhead currently..

There is still a locating tab on the charge pipe bracket to hook the cover onto and then just fix in place using the 2 x screws at the front as usual

Its easy enough mate... just cut the plug off leaving a decent enough length of wire to reuse then solder an appropriate length or wire to the tails..

I relocated my N249 down by the oil fiter housing. There is a spare metal tab that the rubber around the N249 valve will slide straight over. Gets rid of that ugly thing.

sorry too but in tuffty but were did that intake manifold cum from very nice and can I ask what is attached too your throttle body is that the Dv???

In fairness while I don't normally use my S3 daily I have been using her pretty much all over christmas and the engine bay does actually stays that clean... no idea how but it does lol...
