Wow!!! Gota say that looks absoloutly gawjus mate
Wat springs have u used? Did u change the shok absorbers aswell?
Btw wat else have you done to the car other than the sline rear bumper and lowering with rims? Coz that looks a beauty
Help much appreciated mate
Im interested in lowering mine.
Also, where did you get the rear spoiler & rs wing mirrors please?
What size tyres are you running on your wheels mate?
Exhaust trims are £55 from Audi. That's where I got mine.Hey SDUK, I am new to this forum..really liking your car mate...nice job! (nice picz to!!) where did you get your FK springs from? Are they 35-40mm drop? Also where did you buy your exhaust trims from?

will be doing mine next month and be using eibach sportsline springs as i fitted these to my b7 s line and sat nice and drove better than the standard springs , better the devil you know and all that .
true say..i did have eibach pro's on my b6...its just i read SDUK saying that FK springs are good so i thought at half the price...??? they dsit right. whats the difference between eibach pro-kit and sportsline? The only thing i found with Eibach was that they didn't drop low enough, tends to be 30mm from standard height...i want 35-40mm (closer to 40mm) without breaking the bank!!! any other recommendatiions?
looks like a set price where ever you look they are £197.22 a set
dpm performance on here is reasonable but doesnt list the b8 would have to drop him a pm
dav
cheers davsa4, i am on it, the only thing is the eibach pro kit is 45 front and 35 rear, my car as standard seems higher at the back...???
It's the Sportline kit that will drop your car 45 front and 35 rear, the Pro kit is 30mm drop all round. I managed to my Sportlines from Awesome on there Black Friday sale and saved 20% otherwise I probably still wouldn't have them yet. Give them a ring they always seem to give the best deal they can I you ask. If you can wait for a bit then you'll see what mine is like with the sportlines fitted? Ive used Eibach's lots of times and I'm always very happy with the level of comfort they provide, they actually made the ride on my Leon very slightly better.
i fitted eibach sportline to my b7 45m front 35mm rear on 19's and this is how it sat
mcdubber1 is yours an sline? i'm just not sure if 35mm at the rear will be enough...i ideally wanted 40mm at the rear...do eibach do a kit with 40mm drop at the rear? i will give awesome a call though..so at what point you planning on droppin it next month? what should the charge for getting that job doen be...roughly...??
Hhmmm i will look into h&r.. Make sure you post some picz of your car when done
Yeah I will, all this talk of lowering has got me wanting to get it done much sooner so hopefully i'll have some pics sooner
i have decided i am going to go with H&R springs 40mm drop all around.
They come from factory fitted with 255/35 R19 but if it were me I'd go for 245/35 R19 for a less chunky side wall. To carry off 235 35's you'd need to be pretty low, I've seen some that arn't that low and it just doesn't look right. The smaller you go the more it affects your speedo reading aswell.
bought these on 07/01 and they arrived today £135 posted , well pleased
