went up to mother in laws yesturday in my car all was well it i got on to the a1 ... when i got car upto speed car was very badly shaking from the front drives side wheel .... ive not driven my car much since i swoped over the brake caliper ..when i found my caliper needed swoping my wheel got very hot ..will it be bent maybe with the heat build up or is it just a case of rebalancing the wheel .. i only feel a vibrashion at speed so if the wheel was bent i would feel it at any speed would i not ... cheers if any one can point a light on this

Are the wheel nuts tight?

Are you sure the new calliper cured the sticking brake as a hot sticking brake can cause those symptoms, if it is still sticking it could be a collapsed brake hose (internal)

breaks are not sticking any more the new calliper fixed that problem and the wheel nuts are f t ... gonna get wheel re balanced tomorrow

theres your problem!!..........your car didnt want to go! lol

you may have lost a balance weight off one of your wheels have a look to see if you can see any evidence of one missing

or just go get a balance

If the brakes got very hot at some point then the bearings took a beating. Jack the car up, fit an axle stand under and shake the wheel from side to side with your hands, any play in the bearings or suspension should be obvious...

Swap the front wheel with the back and see what happens also check the calipers are installed correctly and turn the disc while the wheel is off to check for any possible issues.

all fixed turns out it wasnt the front at all both rear tyres had eggs on the tyre walls very lucky they didnt pop ..so im now 150 quid lighter cos i had 2 new tyres fitted
