technically, driving through a big cuddle will help cool your FMIC down further if you're on the beans, although the thermal shock to the rest of the system will most likely do more harm

It's a sealed unit mate otherwise you'd have the mother of all boost leaks!

Air going into the engine lives INSIDE the fmic.. air/water passing thru the OUTSIDE of the fmic is OUTSIDE
