Are you they are desirable or not, as I have heard they are very uncomfortable?
I think the smiley gives it away. would be most S3 owners would like them
I disagree.
The only people who disagree are the people without them, I got them and find them really comfy drove the car home for three hours and no pain, I find them more comfy as your sunk in them.
i like you Ben, you have buckets
is it possible to have factory fitted sat nav without bose?
Well I thought if I did buy an s3 without buckets, when I do see an s3 with them I would always be gutted,
And also thought why make do with car your paying so much for might as well spend a little more and get the one you want.
the puddle and door lights are nice and make me less nervous about opening my door on a busy street.
Xenons, buckets, and maybe the parking sensor, but the sat-nav is inflexible and ludicrously expensive.
I'd focus on the stuff you can't easily retrofit, don't pass up a nice low mileage example in the colour you want at a good price for the sake of retro fitting an aftermarket equivalent of Bose, for example. If you haven't got this option then it can be retro fitted ;-)
I love the buckets... So comfy, I do a few long trips as well and I'm not the thinnest of people.
Only thing I have found is that they hug you so well, that if I have my wallet in my back pocket it hurts my ***...
They are an absolute must along with comfort pack and folding mirrors.
My car also has Bose, leather rear seats(not sure if that's standard) sat nav plus, front and rear parking sensors, privacy glass. Love them all and I was lucky to find a car with the options I wanted so quickly.
