As I've got my motor about where i want it to be looks wise i thought i would today take advantage of the sunny weather and clean and wax the beast as it was looking a bit sorry for its self covered in mud and salt........

Love this time of year but hate driving on freshly salted roads makes you think what's the point in cleaning your motor as 5 miles up the road it looks a mess again.

Took some all shiny pics (dont want to drive it now.....):

Looking good! Do you have LED fog light bulbs, where did you get 'em from?

That, my friend, looks sensational!

I have actually just bought some 40mm apex springs and b5 perches as I read in your other thread that's what you used, and it looks the perfect ride height to me.

Loving the votex actually, I'm not normally a huge fan of it, but it suits your car well!

I gave mine the once over today also. There some bright fog light LEDs. Think I'll put them on my wish list. Car looks great, just not keen on the rear lights. But each to there own n all that. Any further plans for it ?

Only plans i have on the to do list in the new year are window tints B pillar's back and a spruce up under the bonnet.

Yep im a fan of the tinted rear lights, i think it matches my colour scheme black/silver/grey, the red was a bit odd one out, the way ive done them by applying a small amount of standard black to car lacquer and applying coats till the desired effect is reached so it has a high gloss finish and it stays quite translucent.

Side lights on in day light:

Thanks,

Yep it sits great on that set up and rides well, not to bumpy at all.

I do like this car specially they colour but then I am biased as it's the same colour as my Avant! Still not 100% keen on the rear lamps.

Nice....any problems with the fogs as most bring up warning light even though they say canbus error free was it plug and play?? if you think there good I might purchase.

are they 6000k??

Bought the LEDs off eBay. And a new pair of fog lights. Only replaced them a few months ago, but ones been smashed already.

Just a quick question, with the lowered springs, do you hit the bump stops much when carrying any weight in the back?

Cheers
