The result of a dodgy junction, ice, and oh yeh a Renult traffic van!!

It has had loads of new and upgraded parts in the 12 months, so will be ebaying her as it has twisted the front end, PM if you have any sensible offers.

Please excuse the tears if i speak to you !!

Yeh they just locked up and i carried on going, air bag didnt go of though which i was surprised at!
 
if it only slid for 2 foot, would it be safe to say you were going to fast lol, did you hit the van up the **** or did he pull out ? insurance might be a killer for you now !

If the was not a van parked on the junction i may have seen the junction sooner, also not knowing the road (which had no giveway signs on) really didn't help
 
Unlucky. As said above, at least you're ok!

I've been in the same situation a few times and know how bad you feel! :sob:
 
Cheers bud, yeh that's the main thing, just what to do with it now as it has had over £1500 spent on it in the last 6-8mnths

Ouch Adam, that is so sad to see your car like this, i know its no consilation, but it can be replaced easily enough, you cant. As long as your ok, thats all that matters Adam. X
 
As Sandra says, at the end of the day you can replace cars even though they're our pride and joy, the main thing is that you are ok.

Ya a good on you, the is no wonder you have your own fan club, lol.

Yeh she was a bute, but eh what can ya do except move on to the next one, not so sure about another, might have to go for a LWB T4 so i can back into me biking, wheels will look well on that though, lol

lol@fan club, what can i say, im special. Yes you need to get back into the bikes as well, bit cold for them just now though, hows your son doing on his? :) maybe you should get a nice 8p as a project for the winter. :) x

Never o cold for MX. lil man has stopped for a bit, he is like his mum, dont like the cold.

Ooooo a nice 8p project, now there is an idea, would have to find the room, time and money then, lol

Only special people get in my fan club, lol. Was just an idea about a project car, keep you busy iver the cold months when you not out MX. Im with your mrs and son, i like the heat im afraid. :) x

crash bar does'nt look like its moved,or even bent,so bumper bonet,wings,slampanel,lights mayby rad fan c bar,so if you found one breaking on ebay,mayby £400-£600 front end second hand,£350 paint id fix it.
 
Ok looked again,crash bar is bent right over,but does'nt look like the leg's took a smack,best to get a bodyshop to check the legs have to see,if so i recon around a grand to fix.so an a3,might be worth just cutting your loss's,depends how much you value it at.

Bad luck mate , right before christmas as well :(

I don't think you'll get much selling as a complete car on ebay. Maybe you would be better off selling all your modded parts and things like wheels, then selling the rest of the car to one of those places that's like a breakers but they buy the car for the metal.
