What pads are you running up front? and what pads have you run previously?
Ferrodos in particular have a habbit of building up high pad deposits on the discs, all more track focused pads work almost entirely in the adherent range rather than abrasive, and adherent braking relies on a transfer of pad material to the disc.
Problems can often occur if you change from ferrodos to another more abraisve (less adherent) pad and the judder can be REALLY bad.
Also, the judder can often set in on a track day if you've not previously bedded the pads in fully. Please forgive me if I'm being patronising here, but unlike road pads, which require the standard few hundred miles of easy use, track pads require an absolute thrashing to bed them in.
typically, 20-30 HARD stops from 70-80mph down to 20 (do not stop the car), then drive around for at least 30 mins without braking to let it cool down. I tend to go out and thrash mine until I have smoke pouring off all 4 wheels, then take a drive up the motorway for a few junctions.
I've been in several cars with ferrodo DS pads fitted where the owners have 'thought' they had good brakes, but had infact never fulled bedded them in properly.
New discs, get some bad-*** pads, and bed them in the manly way and you should be sorted
