Picked these B6 S4's up recently. Had a set a couple years back on my S3 and really liked them!

Well got the wheels on today. Haven't had a chance to play with the ride height or spacers etc yet, but with the wheels being the same spec as the Fat Fives (bar being .5" narrower) it wasn't gonna need much adjustment!
Only have a couple of snaps I got between the garage and getting home but you get the idea.
They aren't exactly a massive change from the Fives and I'm not sure which I prefer, but they are a change nonetheless.
I might even raise the ride height a bit so I can 'drive' the car properly for a while

Haha, I normally abuse people for suggesting raising their car! For some reason just like the way this sits, might be a shape of the car though rather than the stance!

Search on ebay for 'A3 tailgate', I found a few at breakers and simply asked them if they would sell the spoiler separately.
I got mine for £50 delivered.
That's a good effort mate, I tried this tactic several times to no avail though - you must have struck lucky! Some Ebay ads even put 'WE WILL NOT SPLIT THE SPOILER' as so many people obviously ask
Looks very nice mate, and sat very well! After missing some H&R springs today on ebay you've tempted me to go coilovers, i said i wouldn't after my last car.. Out of curiosity, where in south coast are you mate, anywhere near Portsmouth?

Yeah they're fine mate, as far as £400 coilovers go. Firm as you would expect particularly at this height, but I am used to it and if it bothered me I'd wind it up a bit!
Nice little tweaks, but to be honest the alloys are not my taste!!! Just change it to yout old 5s, looks much better on them!

I guess I'm a bit more old school, preferred the fat fives and the height on JOMs, looks a bit too low for me. Only because it can't make the ride particularly pleasant. Like the carbon wrapping though, you might have given me the inspiration to do something with mine

I'm not sure which I prefer, and I don't necessarily think the wheel change is for the better/ worse (depends on personal preference from most of the replies I guess) but it was time for a change as I have run the Fives for over 1.5 years now!
Have a go at the wrapping mate, I did mine a year ago and it has held up fine!
Hopefully have an S3 spoiler on the way soon. Something I have been wanting for just a little while now.

Smart looking car but i think i prefer the Fat Fives, looked more aggressive and looked like they filled the arches better. Would of looked good Anthracite too!
No further updates I'm afraid, other than a post snow wash and a couple of photos. Still waiting on my S3 spoiler to turn up!
Strangely I find the snow kinda washes off most of the dirt anyway, so it didn't take much of a wash!
I was against the newer clusters (quite like the old skool white and red split) but I'm slowly coming round ... maybe in the future a set of 09/11's might get on there.

Snow didn't seem to help the 8 months worth of dirt on mine too much
IMO, the newer lights make a massive difference to making the rear end look much cleaner. Putting MY11's on my Black A3 is probably the best mod I've done!
