RR Day would be good...although I'm guessing a few might be tight on cash this side of xmas.
 
Yeah did have that thought, though its not massively expensive, about £30 per car (3runs).
 
Quite a few of us Midlanders have just done a RR Day at Bills this weekend just gone, so maybe wait till early next year for that??

How many are in the notts area? I am in the process of sorting something and may have a bit of space for a few cars to meet if any interest?
 
I know of at least 4 but if course would hope there are loads more!
 
I was thinking using dynodaze in Hinckley. 30 for power run, plus you can add AFR and other bits extra if you wanted them.

ChrisA4, if you have something planned, I'd happily join in :) as I'm sure others would too
 
Jojo, Dynodaze next to r-tech :) or could have a chat with niki at RTech and see if he'd be happy to do something?
 
Have RTech got a 4wd RR? They did the remap on my Golf, but only on a 2wd setup.
 
Ill be up for RR even though ive just been on one. Firstly to laugh at getting on the rollers again and second to see if the smaller WMI nozzle maes a difference

Ok Jo, it's just to make dynodaze there would have to be a good level of interest. Even from guys further afield (like the welsh lot) :)

mine fits on the DynoDaze one no problem and im on a 50mm drop. Cant get on the R-tech one properly though

This is a 2WD dyno, so if you run haldex you'll be ok, but if its torsen quattro, it wont work unfortunately.
 
Yes please never done a rr day would love to see what mine could achieve. Probably a lot less than when she was new. LOL
 
Missed the RR day unfortunately... good day out? Definately interested next time if there's 4WD one out there...

We could have an ASN 'Xmas Meet' as people have time off over the holidays etc? Or just wait till new year if you guys don't want to have to wear a hat and gloves :cold:
 
I'm up for a meet somewhere this side of Xmas.. Just got my car back on road too.
 
Not an ASN meet as such, but Nick at R-tech is holding an "open day" as such, on the 29th December.
 
There's a few posts about the r-tech/dyno daze on pen day on the regular meet thread including convoy arrangement
