VCDS Program crashing

Hi, recently I bought a eBay cable, and hooked it up to the car, installed all the software, and started to scan the car, it scans the engine perfectly fine, but after that, it attempts to scan Code 02, and the program just crashes and turns itself off. I have an 2000 Audi A4 B5 1.8T. Does anybody know any solutions to this?

Download the shareware from RT direct & try this, maybe corrupt installer/software.

Unfortunatley you are unlikely to recieve any help unless you have purchased the fuller VCDS lite from reoss tech, Thats the replacement from 409.1. Check with your seller for help
