Just do the correct thing as a children, do it then ask, when they say no, you follow it up with doh! Iv already done it! Then they say well undo it then you say pfft no you undo it! before you know it race car is accepted in to the family. :D
 
its easier to ask for forgiveness then permission, my dad only found out i had 2 nitrous bottles and a 100whp shot of nos in my VR6 a year later

the arguement is with those who say 312mm are ok for track.

hahahahah thats what i did, i also said it cools down the intake temp... which he believed.

same as the WMI in my audi now, he wants to know why am i always filling water and not just fix the water leak

Answer:No,this is a copy of the original injector.For the specification,it will have +-3% misatake allowance.


they could be 3% better than the originals, deffinitly worth a go at how much they are!

Works out at £60 delivered for 4 x 440cc injectors. They've got to be crap really.

But we'll find out soon enough. I will be trying them.
 
So then folks, here is the rough plan. Subject to change obviously however I am going to do my best to come in somewhere close to this at the very least...

Sounds good mate. I got my rings for £44 from GSF, so there's saving to be had there.

For tyres, what about some part worns for track use? Can pick up a full set of yoko a048's for 100 usually in 225/45/17 and get several trackdays from them! Would just need a cheap set of TT rims, and drove to the track on the 16's.

also, I've got an RMD 330mm suede steering wheel in the garage, yours for postage, or I could bring it to Bills RR day if you want it?
 
Also, back to naming it, carrying on with the Reverse Bumble theme, what about having yellow wheels, mirrors, bonnet and roof, and calling it Rumble!
 
Maybe more of luxury/nice thing to have which isnt a huge requirement but coming from FWD and upgrading to one and im sure Prawn has gone over it many times before...Get a rear ARB! Well worth the money and made my A4 much more enjoyable to drive aswell as more confidence in the handling.

My budget plans are around or about worst case scenario... I normally knock together a plan for bits and bobs, then scour everywhere trying to find them cheaper than the price I budgeted! It's like a challenge within a challenge.

Example - I have no intention of paying £400 for Brembos. I certainly have no intention of paying £150 for an oil cooler kit. lol

I'm not sure what I'm doing with wheels just yet, so tyres are on there so they are on there basically.

That steering wheel sounds ideal mate, if you would bring it to the RR day I can 100% pop in and meet you there. Can't stop long as it's my nipper's birthday, but would be good to see the clan of ASN.

Prawn, where can you get a full set of part worn yokos for £100??? Firstly you own 90% of all stock of part worn A048 tyres in the UK. And secondly I've never seen a full set that cheap.

Welly I still have my old S3 injectors if they're any good to you?

Ive bought several for £15-20 per tyre mate, that have done 2-3 trackdays.
Early last year I got 6 a048's for £96 :)
They're out there, but you've got to be quick, and you'd be brave to take on BigAl the eBay wizard!

I love it. Need to make some spare cash to glos in the dark my wheels.
Not much happening with Jardo. He keeps buying engine parts. The little crack head should be buying 5 litres of plasti dip for his car not engine parts.

I'm shocked no one posted up any PJ & Duncan Songs.
