Wahooo rubber dingy rapids!

Found out I've won £380 of Amazon vouchers for winning some Mazda prize for selling the most MX5's in the country over the last quarter.

So I bought a Creation Motorsport coldside dump valve relocation kit, a set of superpro caster correction rear lower arm bushes, a set of generic polybush lower arm bushes, a set of powerflex rear subframe mounts, a set of Creation Motorsport blue brake booster pipes, a set of blue silicone joiners for the FMIC Prawn's got for me and all the associated clips, and a couple of WW2 books.

All in all quite a good day

I did some logs the other day and was showing 179g/s every single time which means 224bhp , and I did a couple this morning with super cold fog which showed 183.5g/s of airflow which would equate to 229bhp. I'd estimate it was between 225 and 229bhp this morning to be honest; but if the log is as true as they are shown to be it would make it certainly one of the most powerful stage 1 cars I've ever seen.

Dividing the airflow by 0.8 has been proven to be within a couple of percent of a reputable rolling road. From working logs out Prawns last A3 which is now owned by Pierre was within 1bhp of the projected figure from logs.

Either way; very impressive.

Sup homos,

iv just finished putting my water meth in to the a3, fecking chew on doing it on my own but its in all good and looking sweet, I haven't been out in it yet to see if I can feel a difference.

Tomorrow will do for giving it some beans ;)

I'll upload some photos in to my buildings thread when I'm on the computer.

That's a shame mate. I've not been to the pod for years and will be up for it maybe next year.

Yeh im pritty wounded, was looking forward to a good thrash and then my 1st ever dyno run but looks like thats cancelled aswell now :(.

Il probably see you at a few as i want to go to as many as possible next year, maybe even adi if i go ahead with a 1.8t project im thinking of doing with my brother.

I love WMI. What size nozzle you using. I've gone from small to medium and it loves to drink meth now. Comes in at half pump at 10psi then full blast at 17psi but the car ramps up to 21psi and holds it well.

I think I paid £35 for 25 litres of meth but I may be wrong. Use it 50:50 too.

I'm just using the nozzle that cones with the cooling mist kit, I'm thinking of getting a super atomizing nozzle.

Iv set mine to 12 psi because that's what it tapers off to at the red line, peak of 22.5psi.

I'm mixing it thre quarters deironised water and a quarter methanol.

I'm not and my day started badly.

Flat battery on the ferry and the ferry guy I got a diesel leak.
I can't smell any thing at the moment but he said he can smell diesel. ahhhhh annoying.

Its going in to the garage on friday for MOT and a CV boot, so hopefully he can get it sorted out at the same time.

A mixture of granny and some blasts. Thing is there is never anything to race when I'm in my car. Last week when I was in the corsa I saw the following:

- Focus ST
- Focus RS
- Evo 8
- S4
- S2000

when I'm in the S3 I see:

- mondeo
- combo van
- fiesta zetec

Haha this is what has happened to me, I get my car back from mapping and everyone puts there fast cars away, the only thing iv done is an st and two gt-four's.

:(

But the priceless faces is worth all the money iv spent on my little R reg a3 :p
 
I now have the nurovirus, up since 3am chuking my gutts up :( all the mrs fault, knew i should of shot her and burnt the remains in the garden just to be sure that i wouldnt catch it!

On the upside when she was dying yesterday i gave the tt a good thrash, i think the egts are abit high because it started to smell abit after a few blasts against my mates 330ci. R-tech in november fopefully!

Whos upset you klappe, me and floatsey wont tolerate our 3rd nipple to be upset!

How bad was my info last nyt aswell lol you live you learn!

yeah man, the a3 weighs hardly anything anyway parkers says it 1145kg. think i have about 240bhp/tonne

my mate says i should be able to **** all over a focus rs but i don't know, power to weight ratio says yes. could quite well be true. ill have to find out for my self once i find one willing to go for it.

I'd like a go at an RS. They have 300bhp as standard and a fair bit less torque then me ;) they probably have more grin then my fecking ling langs though!

Tonight Karl I'm mainly ordering oil cooler fittings ;)
