Rear springs?

What is the easiest way to take out my rear springs??
Doing them tonight.

Didn't actually bother with this link in the end. 2m piece of 3x2" wood, a friend to help and spring compressor on the 1 side of the spring. 1.5 hrs both sides done.!!!!
