I think tuffty ran 8's for a while and decided to change back to 7's, so perhaps he'd be the man to ask
8's can sometimes have a cold start misfire... "sometimes"
Cheers guys ill get myself some NGK 7 irridiums, pretty sure this is what I'm currently running in my car at the mo....or it could be platinums?
On another note I have eventually become a dad at 8:30 last night to a little girl weighing 7lb 14oz.....suppose I've got to start being more sensible and grow up a wee bit...but the project will still continue on
Mate, seriously. Get off this site. Stop talking cars and plugs and go see mother and child. Oh and congrats
Yeah was extremely lucky considering it poped when was at a standstill!
Am dreading getting new pads as not loads of options with these and only cheaper performance ones i could find were ebc and these ds2500's were £280 iirc
Contact EBC and see if they want to develope some blue or orange pads considering a fair few people use the Cayenne calipers these days. Seem to be quite good at doing new stuff for people and reports of orange pads seem to be alright from what i`ve read.
Congrats to you and your Mrs Stacey, im running 7.5 j with no probs
I had yellows in the a4 and they weren't amazing but didn't really test them in back to back hammering tbf.
Stacey, time to leave this site , with another mouth to feed and the time and attention sprogs demand - I've only had my car 2 months and I've spent 1/3rd of the value of the car on mods ... so far and I haven't finished yet !
hiya stacey finally got that trailing arm fitted, just wanted to say thanks its spot on.
hahaha thats brilliant
Mmm you know Stacey I've learnt so much by reading your thread! I'm thinking of going for a .63 AR housing for less lag! You coming to bills dyno day? Be good to a you there mate!
Ive just had a quick look for a thread for Bills dyno day but can't find one. What's the date?
