As for the titty twizler, got it about 2 weeks ago, the mrs wanted a new car and i was missing my audi, so she drives it in the week and i thrash it of a weekend(if im not ******) i wanted a s3 over the TT but it was better than getting a gay cooper s.

Going to attend a good few meets and shows next season and atleast one trip to a cov meet!

I am generally a nice person, honestly I am. I go miles out of my way to help people, I give honest and truthful real world opinions and tell it how it is. Underneath the facade of being a nasty ******* I'm just longing to be loved. I'm modest too.

The TT looks like a really nice motor, well spec'd etc. I like them! They're a nice drive too, proper GT car. I think we might look at one for my missus' next. I prefer them over an S3 if I'm honest; at least you can get them in FWD.

Yes Westy, your goal was 300bhp from a K04 and my goal has always been 250bhp out of a K03s. Mylo's done it, he has the same spec as me with a Devils Own WMI kit, Forge actuator and an FMIC. Do you know Myles?

I'm working out what to do, whether to buy the Devils Own kit and slowly build it up in a way I can afford or just slap the AEM kit on the credit card and go from there.

With what I've got at the moment I can either spend £500 and not a lot of hard work but never actually having to have the car off the road to get to my goal of 250bhp with a turbo combination I know and love, or I can spend £750 and a LOT more work and taking the car off the road to get to 280bhp with a K04.

I don't know what to do to be honest, the path was always so clear to me. But now it's coming down to it I am a bit confused. How would you rate a 280bhp K04? I've been in Prawns hybrid track car, and due to the delivery it's dull as ****. It feels slow and I don't like it at all.

ill take a road video of my a3, trust me the power delivery is not dull, ask niki @ R-Tech he compares it to pulling 3 times better than a stage 2 lcr and its not even running at its max.

i guess you live no where near the north east of England or id of been happy to take you out in it.

also found out earlier it pulls the pants down on 8p s3's and a celica GT-four (not a standard one) but you would expect that there gay slow cars plus there not an 8l a3 obviously the best car you can buy !
 
thats because prawn had it mapped in a certain way, progressive torque and power delivery, much like a N/A car, so power always there and always rising, responsive and linear, not all at once then nothing.

its all in how its mapped dude, you should know that.
having been in reesys car, 290hp ko4 that peaks QUICKLY at 24psi or something shocks your system. And, best thing about KO4 over KO3, it will hold its boost and torque ALOT better.

personally, id want a car mapped to have a toque curve like the profile of a dining table.
riding 270-280lbs for 3k rpm (danes b5 mapped s3 for example) must feel ****ing epic as opposed to 320lbs for 100rpm then tailing off to sub 250 very quickly.
 
I know it's all down to how it's mapped, but Prawn's car feels ****. I don't want mine like that.

The thought of a K03s hybrid is a good one, especially like yours coat boy. Niki said it's the way to go.

I can always go down my current route, and then go up to a hybrid K03s later; I think that's the best idea. That way my car isn't off the road, I get to make manageable improvements that don't financially cripple me every time and I have got scope for more power later for £500.

Got any proper vids of your car coat boy? I'm interested in this now, after speaking to Niki I think it's the way to go.

That was pre large port and yeah it was very punchy. That was the same map as when Karlos went in it. Laggier now, but after ADI will add some timing and more boost and try and beat both figures.

Did you lift the bonnet and obvserve the position of the engine bay from the side of the car? The front main bearing for the crank sits totally laser line style straight over the center of the front hubs. Which gives no understeer at all.
