Best place for Cambelt

Hi people,
Just wondered if everyone had any words of advice on where to get the Cambelt and water pump replaced near Warrington without getting ripped off?
I'm not too far from Awesome Gti has anyone used them for this kind of work before?

I haven't used them for any mechanical work before but I've heard good things, ill be going too them after Xmas for mine they price match so best thing too do is ring round a few local places get the best price then ring awesome, let us know how u get on anyway

Yeah I've got a couple of places to ring, then gonna try and haggle with Audi. Looks like ill end up at Awesome as it quotes £354 on their website and ill let you know how it goes.

Cheers for that one mate after ringing around a few places I'm booked in at Awesome Gti next week at £330 for Cambelt Kit and Waterpump.
Audi Warrington would not budge from their "discounted offer price" of £529 + vat. Their loss!

No problem mate glad you got it sorted, I'm due mine soon so ill be off to awesome too, £330 is a good price am not surprised the stealers wouldn't budge they never really do! am booked in at awesome on Thursday for some h&r springs and spacers,

Yeah it's a good price so I'm happy I'm in next Wednesday. How much is that costing all in all if you don't mind me asking?

Had a cam belt, water pump and service done on my B8 few weeks ago at awesome gti.

Can only say good things, great service, very professional, courtesy car was a pleasant bonus and a few hundred quid cheaper than Audi main dealer wanted to releive me of.

You won't be disappointed

It's £367 fitted for the h&r springs plus the spacers there about £40ish

Yeah I did about a year and a half ago now, until I was crashed into by a drink driver and it was written off.

Defo a small world! Knew you had a yellow Audi after the 106 but hadn't seen you around in ages!
I've got an 07 S3 now
