Faceliift conversion question. 8p2 to 8p4 Can i use the same wings?

quick question for anyone who can answer, Im thinking about doing a facelift conversion to my 2005 a3 to look like
sline 2012 as ive come across the bonnet and bumper and paid next to nothing for them.

i understand i need a bonnet and front panel BUT

i just want to know can i use my wings from my 2005 as the look identical to the 2012. Any help would be appreciated

What's a 8p4 ? Never heard of that one ...unless your talking about a 8v ...lol

one last question can i get away with keeping my front panel or will that have to to be changed too?

i think you will need the whole front end... bonnet, bumper, grille, wings, headlights, its really expensive to facelift a older car..

Very expensive, might I suggest a 8P2 S3 conversion? Very nice looking car, much much cheaper to do.

The panel that the bonnet shut down on is different... You'll need a new front bumper, grill, wings, wing mirrors, bonnet, headlights and that's before you've got into coding everything to find out you CE module is too old to support the later items!

Do a search on the forum as its been discussed at length but is a £2k conversion if done properly.
