missing valance panel help please

Hi guys I'm new here I have just brought a a3 sport tdi I have a couple of questions first it has a removerble tow bar and there is a cut out in the middle of the rear bumper there should be a panel covering it but it is missing do you guys know any where I can buy the cover panel I will have to get it painted blue thanks
also there is a phone doc in the glove box but it won't read my iPhone 4s is there any way of updating the software

Hope to get to now some of you guys thanks in advance

the phone thing in the armrest is to charge the iPhone, it should still pick it up on bluetooth, also do you have the right adapter to plug in the iPhone?

You can buy the flap from audi, but of course needs painting for your car colour.

You say in the glovebox, since the charging base is in the armrest or dash then maybe you're talking about the crappy ipod connection?

thanks yeah it's in the glove box I pick the car up tommorow so I will take a pick not very easy to get to the car is a a3 sport tdi on a 55 plate if that helps

If thats the case, then this is not the factory fitted audi phone connection, so either its ipod, retrofitted oem phone cradle (doubtful as in glovebox) or some aftermarket phone system, pics will clarify

Ok thats a dension cradle & it maybe needs an adapter to work, its not oem & will be purely for music interface to the head unit, it wont show track data either.

Can update the systems to the latest & use say ami, but thats allot of money, if you get an itch that needs scratching, give me a shout as I supply/fit these systems everyday
