Just found out mine has a big hole in it so what options have I got that are as cheap as possible without compromising quality and likely to crack??? If none I will get a second hand one from a member. Cheers

Relentless V3... have a search mate... loads about them on here...

Ok mate do they fit straight on no modifications?

Within reason lol...

Like I say, there are several threads where this mani has been fitted to get an idea of how its done... K04 manifolds are a knob of a job regardless :)

While you are at it I would do the DP too... Relentless also do a decently priced 3" with 200cell cat..

Cant stretch to it I wish I could, rally car is also having work done. Will probably try and find a std secondhand one.

Decided on going for a genuine one new. Used to work for TPS and still get a bit of discount.

how much is the standard new?
relentless v3 is $325 shipped

I can get standard one with three bolts for turbo, three gaskets and copper washers for oil/water feed on turbo for £313.

that's a horrific price. don't even think about it.

Relentless is £300 from Sam, gaskets and bolts are a few quid. £20 at most for the lot.

with oem gaskets and bolts your looking at probably £100 quid cheaper for xs v2 even v3 xs is cheaper.
Whatever you choose good luck and hope all goes well

Ahh right ok, how long do they take to be delivered? im just scared of them cracking. Atleast original has lasted 95000 miles.

v2 was a very very hard to fit with the head on, i think v3 would be a lot easier

Ok, do they give a good performance gain and fit easy enough? i know fitting is hard but i mean once its up on head does it line up well?

People have been getting near 300hp on a std K04 with the right mapping and supporting mods using a relentless manifold and downpipe...

Westy has one of the quickest std K04 setups on the forum currently...

the V3 appears to be relatively easy to fit compared to previous versions, huge performance gains are to be had too.

It'd be crazy to remove a standard one and replace with another gash standard one. they flow TERRIBLY.

Sam i hear you sell them and your in Bristol aswell, do you stock them? or get them shipped directly?

Sam won't be above to say mate as commercial trading on the forum is only allowed from sponsors... suggest you try other ways to get hold of him...

Ahh ok i see, right until further investigation tomorrow there was a stud missing on manifold, im hoping its just not there not snapped off as i really cant afford head off at mo.

Would it be ok for now with all the other studs as tight as possible, i hate bodges at the best of times but i dont have alot of choice at the moment.

V3 all the way mate ill post pics up of my mani on the head took about 25 mins grinding and gasket washers nuts the lot
